A strong team of seven students from Mt Aspiring College are looking to add to their medal haul from last weekend's Merino Muster by competing at Falls Creek, Victoria this Saturday 22 August 2015. The 7km freestyle race will be fast and furious with strong performances expected from the young skiers. Travel assistance has been given to group by the Waiorau Nordic Sports Club. Members of the club travelling with the team are Mary Lee, Jo Jones, Ernie Maluschnig, and Kay McFarlane.
Andy Pohl from New Zealand, currently managing the Snow Farm, will be coaching the team and also competing in the 42km race.
