Bex Sinclair Qualifies in First Place

Ruka, Finland - (12 December 2013)- NZ Snowboarder Rebecca 'Bex' Sinclair is through to the finals of the women's snowboard halfpipe at the International Ski Federation (FIS) World Cup in Ruka, Finland.

Having qualified in first place, Rebecca will proceed directly to the six competitor final tomorrow which is on at 7am to 8am Saturday NZ time.

Rebecca described conditions as "tricky" with "a super icy pipe" and near dark conditions although the competition was held in the middle of the day.
