Biography

Alaska began skiing at eighteen months of age on the magic carpet right outside her dad’s office at Coronet Peak. As a keen and eager young skier, she chased her family around the mountain until she was old enough to participate in the Intro to QAST school holiday program and landed on her first Interfield podium. The following winter Alaska became a fulltime member of the Queenstown Alpine Ski Team and has been travelling the world chasing snow and the thrill of racing ever since.

Alaska’s goal is singular – to race World Cup!

When Alaska isn’t skiing, she’s mostly busy scouting frozen ponds and lakes to skate on, bike packing in the mountains, cold plunging in arctic rivers or punishing herself in the gym.
