The schedule or order of events may change due to weather or conditions. This may be announced as late as the morning of the event on the mountain, so athletes need to have
both disciplines equipment prepared and available at the mountain.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully registered.

Entries close on Wednesday 25 September 2024 @ 3pm.
Late entries: Any entries after this date and time will be considered late entries.

Late entries are at the discretion of the Timer and ROC and if accepted will be subject to a $100 late entry
fee per race, in addition to race entry fees, payable immediately.

In the event of registration cancellation or withdrawal a $3 admin fee and bank fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund.

Athletes will be randomly drawn with their age and gender categories. Seeding order will be in accordance with the Junior Interfield rules (U8 Women, U8 Men, U10 Women, U10 Men, U12 Women, U12 Men, U14 Women, U14 Men, U16 Women, U16 Men)

The start order will be reversed within each category for the second race.

Saturday: Outside the Mt Hutt Ski Club, approximately 1 hour after the finish of the races.

Sunday: In Methven, at the Samuel's Bar next to the Blue Pub at approximately 4:30 pm.
