Louise is an Occupational Psychologist who’s passionate about applying the drivers of individual, team and organisational performance to help organisations win. She’s spent most of her career in HR or related areas, working in senior leadership roles in some of the UK’s most loved and most successful organisations. Equality and inclusion are core personal values and she’s especially proud of her track record helping women, and people from other underrepresented groups, succeed.
A keen skier, cyclist and hiker, after 20 years in the UK Louise has returned to New Zealand to settle in Hāwea with her partner and spoodle. She’s delighted to join the team at Snow Sports NZ leading on the Maunga Wāhine project.
