Erin McNary joined the Snow Sports NZ team in 2024, making her way to Wānaka after spending a few years in Nelson working as an engineering project manager. She works alongside Alpine Director Jono Howson in coordinating the Alpine pathway in New Zealand.
Like many of the Snow Sports NZ team, Erin is passionate about skiing and grew up ski racing in Colorado, USA. She continued to be a part of ski racing in Colorado through teaching and coaching in addition to working in various race official roles on race day. When not on snow, Erin is keen to work with the Snow Sports NZ team to drive sustainability initiatives at an office and organisational level.
Erin is excited to support the Alpine programme and see our athletes of all ages succeed.
